Facilities

GBP has all the features of the best business parks in the world. Our universal appeal and world-standard features have made it the site of choice for companies of various cultures engaged in diverse businesses.

Utilities

Gateway Business Park is complete with a reliable power and telecommunications infrastructure. We understand the importance of uninterrupted lines of communication. Some of our locators rely on a 24 hour open line between their headquarters and their facility in GBP. A dedicated Meralco substation is situated inside the Park to secure a reliable and stable power supply. We use an underground power distribution grid system to minimize the risk of power failure during unstable weather.

Water

Water is a very important ingredient to the success of your production. Gateway Business Park has nine deep wells, each with the capacity to deliver an average of 400 gallons per minute of water. Out of the nine deep wells. There are two deep well pumps operated in rotation with the rest in standby mode. The deep wells are maintained by well trained technical personnel to ensure the uninterrupted supply of water while preserving the integrity of the area’s aquifers.

Waste Water Treatment

In response to the growing concern for climate change, GBP constructed a centralized waste water treatment plant that treats water used in the park so the runoff does not pollute the nearby river system. GBP’s efforts in responsible waste water management have been recognized by various groups such as the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Engineering Consulting Firms Association of Japan, and the Philippine Jaycee Senate.

The GBP is one of the most environment-friendly businesses and industrial parks in the country, boasting of a highly efficient waste water treatment plant (WWTP) which ensures that up to 3,000,000 gallons of daily run-off water from the locators and other facilities are converted into river quality water.
